They're the ones whose presence online matches the quality of what they offer in person.
For a service business or clinic, the website has a specific job to do before anyone picks up the phone. It needs to answer the questions a prospective patient or client is quietly asking — is this practice the right fit for me, do they know what they're doing, can I trust them with this? A site that can't answer those questions loses the enquiry before it starts, regardless of how good the reviews are.
