Regulated by design, not as an afterthought.
Every public surface a regulated clinic publishes — page copy, meta titles, image ALT text, schema, URLs, social captions — falls under AHPRA advertising guidelines and the TGA therapeutic goods advertising code. Most web studios treat compliance as a checkbox at the end. We build it in from the brief.

Regulated Industry Compliance Layer
Applied to projects subject to AHPRA advertising guidelines or the TGA therapeutic goods advertising code. Covers compliance review and rewriting of all supplied copy, schema markup reviewed for promotional language, meta titles and descriptions, image ALT text, URL slugs, and a pre-launch regulatory review across all public surfaces. For Tier 04 (Clinic + Retail) and Tier 06 (Complex / Regulated), compliance review is included in the base scope. Copywriting from scratch (blank-page) is always a separate line item regardless of compliance requirement.

Every word reviewed
Page copy, meta descriptions, heading tags, image captions and ALT text are each assessed against AHPRA advertising guidelines. Prohibited language, before-and-after claim structures and testimonial patterns are identified and rewritten before the site goes live.
02 · SCHEMA
Structured data without risk
MedicalBusiness and LocalBusiness schema is standard on clinic builds. Every JSON-LD block is reviewed to ensure structured data does not introduce promotional claims or restricted therapeutic language that search engines may surface independently.
03 · AUDIT
Compliance Readiness Audit
Existing site? A standalone fixed-fee audit of your current website against AHPRA advertising guidelines and the TGA code. Written report with specific remediation actions. Delivered within 5 business days. A natural first step before a full rebuild.

Brand-voice copy from scratch. Compliance-sensitive healthcare copy at the higher complexity end. Always a separate line item, never bundled invisibly into the build fee.
Platform migration
Wix, Squarespace or WordPress to Shopify or Next.js. Content migration, redirect mapping, and SEO continuity planning so organic rankings are preserved through the transition.
Brand identity
Logo, colour palette, typography and brand guidelines. Delivered before design commences. Can be bundled into the site build or scoped separately.
SEO sprint — launch
Title tags, meta descriptions, LocalBusiness schema, sitemap submission, Google Business Profile update, and suburb landing pages prepared at launch.
Rush delivery
Delivery within half the standard timeline. Requires confirmed availability. Scoped after discovery, not negotiated at quote stage.
Headless ecommerce
Next.js + Sanity + Shopify Hydrogen for multi-location clinics and large-catalogue operations requiring custom content architecture and enterprise performance. Available as the secondary platform option within Tier 06 or as a standalone engagement.
Platform & hosting costs — Billed direct to you, not through us.
Hosting, platform subscriptions, domain and SSL fees are billed direct from the relevant provider. Shopify projects (Tiers 04–06) carry an ongoing Shopify plan and any apps you choose to install. Next.js + Sanity projects (Tiers 02–03) typically deploy to Vercel or Cloudflare Pages with a free Sanity tier sufficient for most small builds. Static HTML (Tier 01) deploys to free-tier hosting. Domain registration is annual. All third-party costs are quoted by the relevant provider, never marked up through Stoneglow.
