Stoneglow Digital ("we", "us", "our") is a web design studio based in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. We build websites for clinics, small businesses, and ecommerce brands. Our contact email is hello@stoneglowdigital.com.au.

What we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it. The primary way we collect information is through the contact form on this site, which asks for:

• Your business or studio name (optional)

• Budget and audience context (to help us respond usefully)

How we store and send it

Contact form submissions are sent via Resend, a transactional email service. Resend processes message data in accordance with their own privacy policy. Form data is transmitted to our studio email and is not stored in a separate database by this website.

We retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably needed to manage our business relationship with you. You can request deletion at any time by emailing us.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not currently use cookies for tracking or advertising. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and, where required, seek your consent before setting any tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you
• Request access to that information
• Ask us to correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion, where we have no legal obligation to retain it
