Why discovery is paid,
and what your $350 buys.
The discovery is a structured questionnaire you complete in your own time, typically under an hour. We confirm scope, platform, integrations, compliance obligations and timeline, then issue a fixed-price proposal within five business days. A 30-minute call is included if you'd like to talk it through, or if we need to clarify anything.
The fee is credited in full against your project on engagement. It only costs you real money if we don't end up working together. It exists for two reasons: to respect both sides' time, and to make sure the proposal you receive has been thought through, not guessed.
